Purchase Price: This puppy is guaranteed to be a purebred. Breeder will give registration papers upon receipt from dog registry and full payment is received from purchaser. We do not sale to minors under the age of 18. parents must sign this contract and all parents will be held accountable and bound by the terms of this contract. We reserve the right to cancel sale at any time we see just cause. Buyer Beware We reserve the right for any legal court actions to be filed at your expence if the sale is in breach of this contract in anyway. Buyer agrees to furnish to seller copy of vet visit and copy of REGISTRATION PAPERS AFTER BEING REGISTERD WITH ITS PROPER REGISTRY. All fees, including sale price, shipping and handling charges are payable prior to the shipping of the animal. I will be happy to hold your puppy, if needed for up to a week after he / she is ready to leave, after that period of time there will be a $3.50 per day boarding fee applied. Holding Agreement ________________________ I am attaching a pre- deposit of $300.00( non-refundable) to hold a puppy of my choice (PICK OF THE LITTER)or a $200.00 ( non - refundable ) deposit on a pups and the remaining balance due before shipping. In consideration of payment of $_______________ of which $300.00 or $200.00 is the deposit. Seller assigns the dog and guaranteeing that said dog will not be sold to any other party other than the buyer. The portion of the deposit taken and known Surety of Action shall be applied to the purchase price. The Surety of Action deposit received by seller in the amount of $________________ for said puppies is NON- REFUNDABLE. YOU AS THE BUYER HERE BY AGREE TO THE FIRST NAME OF THE DOGS REGISTERED NAME TO REFLECT THE BREEDERS NAME. ALL (BASENJIS SOLD WILL BE REGISTERED AS TAMMIE'S OR TOP DOG AND THEN WHAT EVER YOU CHOICE. Top Dog Basenjis guarantees this puppy to be free of all communicable disease for a period of 72 hours from sale on this pet record. Top Dog Basenjis also guarantees this puppy to be free of any genetic defects that make the puppy not suitable for the purpose of a ***family pet*** until the puppy reaches 6 months of age. Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered:: Umbilical hernia, Undecended Testicle, Under Bite, or Over Bite, Entropion or Cherry Eye. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to hereditary problem and not due to accident or contagious/ or other illness. Buyer understands that any and all guarantees expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Also this guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 10 days of purchase. Unless We state otherwise that they need vaccinations before the 10 day period is up. The buyer agrees to have there vet health check puppy within 72 hours of the shipment of the animal. If it is not done the contract guarantee is all null and void. We do not guarantee against Parvo, Corona, Coccidiosis, or Giardia after 24 hours of purchase.
A. Original puppy must be returned within 72 hours along with all the paper work. (You agree to fill out all necessary forms to return 0wnership of puppy to breeder.) B. If you qualify for a replacement, you can choose a new puppy of equal value if one is available. You will be responsible for the shipping of the new puppy. We will not be held responsible for further cost. C. If we do not have a puppy of equal value available within 180 days: for your replacement we will refund your puppies original purchase price of $________________, minus shipping fees. If for any reason you must surrender this puppy or adult dog, you must contact us the breeder. We will help in finding a new home for this puppy. Under no circumstances will this dog be surrendered to an animal shelter or rescue without contacting us first. This written agreement is a binding contract entered into the state of Arkansas and is entire agreement between the buyer and the seller concerning the health conditions or loss of this puppy.
